超爱各种体育运动：3岁就练出6块腹肌

　　From running to jumping and climbing trapezes in his spare time, there is not one physical activity Dash Meagher doesn’t like.

　　业余时间从跑步到跳跃运动到荡吊杆，没有什么体育运动是达什·米格尔不爱的。

　　He is just three years old, but incredibly already possesses a six-pack.

　　他现在只有三岁，但却已经有六块腹肌了。(吓!)

　　‘I first noticed Dash had the beginnings of a six pack about six months ago when I was changing hisnappy,’ the Canberra toddler’s mum Ursula told Daily Mail Australia.

　　达什来自澳大利亚，他母亲厄休拉告诉《每日邮报·澳大利亚版》：“我次注意到达什开始有六块腹肌的迹象是在六个月前我给他换尿布的时候。”

　　'He’s too young to realise he has it of course, but he’s already incredibly muscly and just loves to exercise.’

　　“当然了，他还太小，还没意识到自己有六块腹肌。但他肌肉发达是事实，而且他超爱锻炼。”

　　'He’s outside every day, come rain or shine. I used to run with him in the pram when he was a baby, and as soon as he hit two, I took him out on what I thought would be a gentle jog. Dash ended up running four kilometres!’

　　“不管晴天还是雨天，达什每天都进行户外运动。当他还是婴儿的时候，我就把他放在婴儿车里推着他跑步，两岁的的时候，我就带着他一起(进行我“认为”的)温柔版慢跑。结果达什跑了四千米!”

　　Despite being the picture of health now, Dash Meagher, or @musclylittlemonster as he is known onInstagram, hasn’t always been so fit and healthy.

　　尽管现在达什·米格尔， 或 称@肌肉小猛男(Instagram上粉丝对他的称呼)看似处于健康的状态，但他并不是一直这么的健康。

　　‘Dash was an IVF baby and was expected to be two weeks early and smaller than average,’ says Ursula.

　　厄休拉说：“达什是一个试管婴儿，晚预产期两个礼拜出生，而且个子比一般的宝宝都要小。”

　　‘Instead he was two weeks late, ten pounds and continues to defy all the odds. He started walking at 10 and a half months, has been climbing from the beginning and does constant laps of the kitchen, climbing the coffee tables and kitchen sides – he has this constant energy! I’m truly blessed to have such a healthy little boy.'

　　“虽然达什晚了两周出生，但他出生时重十磅而且一直都在克服各种困难。达什十个半月大的时候就开始走路，自那以后就开始上窜下跳，在厨房里绕圈跑，还经常爬到咖啡桌上和灶台上。他有着用不尽的精力!能有着这么健康的孩子我真的很幸福。”这么小的孩子就知道锻炼身体的好处，你还在等什么呢？
